We offer private mental health consultations to individuals experiencing challenges in the areas of mental health and emotional wellness, struggling with anxiety disorders, and/or needing to build skills in the areas of resiliency and stress management.  Community classes and group workshops to enhance mental wellness are available on a regular basis for those not desiring one-to-one counseling.  Please request a current calendar for dates and times.

We also provide professional trainings and made-to-order group workshops for the general community, such as local adult education programs, schools, and churches.  A program specific to your needs can be developed upon request.  Our professional development seminars are available on an ongoing basis for social workers and other helping professionals in need of continuing education units.

Fees

Counseling: When seeking counseling services, please check with your insurance carrier prior to the first visit to determine what costs will be covered.  Remember, there is often a deductible, as well as ongoing co-pays, for office visits.  If you desire to use your medical insurance, we are happy to give you a monthly invoice so that you can submit a claim on your own for reimbursement.  (Currently, we will only submit claims on a client's behalf to ENI and Medical Mutual.)  If you are requesting a statement for insurance purposes with a diagnosis code, you will be charged the full fee for visits.  You will be expected to pay the full fee at the time of each visit, then your insurance company can reimburse you when you send in your claim.

If you choose not to use your insurance, you will be eligible for a sliding fee scale based on your income.  Please request this information at your first visit. You are responsible for full payment of session fees up front at the time of your visit by cash, check, or money order.  Currently, we do not accept credit cards.
